I saw Allison in concert Friday night. She sounded so amazing. I posted a separted thread for it with video.

PS I love love love her new album. I've been rockin out to it all week. She does sound like Pink but hey I love Pink too. LOL

I whole heartedly agree!!! I just bought her album and I've been listening to it for the past few days, its awesome!!!! 10 times better than Kris/Adam's albums in my honest opinion!!! I'm sure it'll be better than Gokey's when he gets...

It would be a shame to see Allison fade into the background. She deserves to be heard more than all the other idols in her season combined.

I know it's not what we, the Kelly fans want to hear, but marketing her hard at the Disney demographic would do wonders. She's easily more talented than Miley and Selena. Demi and Allison should be taking the tweens by storm...but they just aren't glitzy enough, I suppose.

Considering the little-to-none promotion plus no media hype and little-to-none airplay Allison is getting for this record, 25-30k prediction is very decent.

Jay Sean who has had massive success w/ "Down" only sold 32K on the first week so that's saying something.

That's the problem with the Idol machine. Simon Fuller decides who he wants to focus on (Adam Lambert), and gives the other people he signed table scraps of promotion. You'd think at least Jive Records would want Allison to do better than that.

I havent even heard her single yet. I know she's had some promo, but 19 needs to do right by Allison and Kris. It can't all be about Adam. Or maybe that's the media. Either way, 25-30 is low.

It may be goopy pop, but that was one HELL of a performance. Next week, when I get a chance, I'm getting that album. Besides, she made Chris Cuomo so uncomfortable I thought he was going to ask his dad to get a State Trooper to help him out.

If this gig doesn't work out for Allison, she could easily become the 21st Century Josie and The Pussycats . . . with Adam Lambert's look-alike on guitar.

The lead single, "D Is For Dangerous," and "Beat Me Up" are very strong. The rest of the album sounds like P!nk and Miley leftovers. Too bad. She sounded and looked great on GMA today. Her performances alone will get people to buy the album. The girl is exciting to watch and hear. She's another one who excels live.

Just listened. The first 9 tracks are nothing special. I only woke up with track 10 (trouble is). The last four are amazing. The rest is just P!nk-lite. Her best shot at success is Beat Me Up.
Atleast her album is better than Chris Allen's.
