Wonder wasn't listed on the wiki page though, was it? Maybe I ahd gotten to the page too late ... I know the "With Hope" did.
It was on her Wiki page, but someone edited it out.

Yeah if you bought MD, your probably a major fan. So over a million hardcore fans is not too shabby for a young artist.
Then there's the second level of fans like my wife, who really likes Kelly, but never really got into MD. Dont hate her, she has good taste (hates Rihanna, Avril and some others) and I've always kind of seen her as a bit of a "hit barometer" which as much as I love MD, has made me come to believe it wouldnt have yielded any more top 10 hits Clive or not. But 3 more top 40's for sure and 1.5-2.0 mill US. BTW my "hit barometer" in effin LOVE with a certain demo that involves closing one's eyes. |

Has the rick mars thing been mentioned on here? my internet on my laptop is down, so im posting from my cellphone. I cannot copy the link, since im not on my
laptop. If someone goes to kellyclarksonweb.com and in the all things kelly forums, there is a thread called new kelly music for new album started by geuph.
Can someone check that out? my laptop will only be sorted tomorrow.

"Pinnick wrote these songs during a busy time in his life so when he came back to them to record for XV he didn't even remember writing the new songs.
He was busy with writing and recording his solo album, he spent time schmoozing at music conventions, went to California for a stint to help write songs with
Mick Mars of Motley Crue for the new Kelly Clarkson album and worked with the people at Guitar Hero to get a King's X song included in the insanely popular
video game"

Annelise wrote: Mick Mars is the a guitarist for the band Mötley Crüe who had most of their hits in the 80s and 90s. Doug Pinnick is the lead singer of a band called Kings X, they have a couple songs that I like.

^ thanks
Seems like that old description about some songs on the album
being inspired by Garbage's sound is starting to become a fact.
