im pretty disappointed that KC isnt going to be writing all of her songs, but i guess its what she had to do. Im pretty excited about the new album but i still
want some kelly written songs on there [cause those are the best ones].
hopefully the new single will be out in a week or two, cause that would be the best ever. and the album in November...eeekkk. |

I wish once again everyone would quit with the "I want news" It's getting quite old. When the news is ready to come out, it will and of course
this is the first thread that would be notified. So people, please give it a rest for a few weeks. Has Kelly ever disappointed you before? Put your faith in
her and when the time comes, you won't be able to refresh this page fast enough.

Awww, now come on Squint. Part of the fun is the anticipation! We are so lucky to have a place like this where we can gather and talk about it with other Kelly
fans. If I talked to my friends about how antsy I was to hear a single or information on a single most of them would blow me off and not give a hoot. The first
post is updated with any concrete information so it isn't as if people are making you read through all their "I want news" posts.

said, I WANT NEWS! :-p Just picking on you! It has been a rather slow day around here, the quiet before the storm?

I think when they (Aben?) said end of August/beginning of September, they meant that the song would be released to radio/go for adds at that time. So the
single could definitely leak before that meaning any time now. Or maybe I'm just getting my hopes up.

Wow... I don't read the thread for 3 days, and there's 10 more pages of not much. Props to the mods and Varlums for sifting through it all the time (I
usually do too, but sometimes it's just tiring), that first post updated is a sanity-keeping device.
I may be one of the few enjoying this whole "calm before the storm" thing. Anyway I'm caught up now, and I saw y'all mentioning Chasing Angels was taken down from zodlounge's myspace page.. well it's back now. For whatever that means. And having listened to it again, I have to say apart from the theme, I don't really see the point in comparing it to Haunted. I think Haunted fits its title wery well, it's chill-inducing in a scary way; Chasing Angels is easier to listen to though. And I agree with whoever said it sounds more like Carrie's Just A Dream. Personally it also reminds me of Sheryl Crow's Safe And Sound - sound-wise, that is. I could so see this on a movie soundtrack. |
