yes. you must be between 13 and 19. But you can easily change your birth date.

yeahh unless us KC fans vote like crazy, it'll probably go to Britney or Miley. The kids love Miley, but when Britney's fans vote for something, they

Yeah I prefer to leave it as a fair vote.. so I won't be changing my age to vote. Although even if I did, I'd probably vote for Poker Face because I
think it's a little better than MLWSWY.. but good luck Kelly! I do hope she wins
