Board the next leg from Auckland to Vancouver in 1.5 hours. There are way too many hot Canadian boys with sexy Canadian accents on my flight. Good God. Rant: Leaving mum, dad and my friends at the airport was horrible. It was like cry-fest 2009!

I am babysitting my mother's deaf, toothless, 14-year old, 5 lb Yorkie who insists on pissing off my 20 pound cat. I've had them separated all day (my poor kitty) but she always sleeps with me so I left the door open a crack after Tony fell asleep. He woke up and the all-day staring contest continued. Ethel was hissing and GROWLING ~ unfortunately, Tony can't hear her, lol. So now I'm in the living room with a sleeping dog and Ethel is asleep in my bed. I'd move her, but she is really pissed and I'd like to keep my eyeballs where they are. Only three more days of this. Yay me.
