Tickets to all Sound Advice Amphitheatre events are available in person at the box office and at all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone through Ticketmaster, and online (through this site).
Box Office Information:

* Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
* Show Days: Open at 10am for most shows. Noon for backstage shows.
* Box Office accepts cash, American Express, Visa & Mastercard only. (No Discover Card, checks or money orders).

WHAT TO BRING

The following items ARE permitted to be brought into the facility:

* Food items.
* Umbrellas.
* Low profile lawn Chairs.
* Blankets.
* One sealed bottle of water per guest is permitted.

For your comfort and safety, the following items are NOT permitted inside the facility.

* Weapons of any kind.
* Glass or metal containers.
* Alcoholic beverages.
* At the request of artists, professional cameras (with detachable lens) and video recording devices are not permitted.


RESERVED SEATS
Theater-style reserved seats are available within the multi-million dollar open-air amphitheatre. Excellent sight lines provide a great view of the superstar performers.

FESTIVAL LAWN
Clear views of the stage, giant video screens and our premier sound system make the spacious lawn a perfect concert spot. For most shows, festival lawn tickets offer a significant savings over our reserved seats. Special low-profile lawn chairs are available for rent.

PARKING
Parking is located in lots adjacent to the venue. The parking fee is included in the price of the concert ticket. VIP parking is available night of the event for $20.00.

GATES AND DOOR TIMES
Parking lots and venue gates usually open 90 minutes prior to show time. On sold-out shows-parking lots and/or venue gates may open earlier. Call the Sound Advice Concert Line at 561-795-8883 for specific details.

WEATHER
All concerts go on RAIN OR SHINE. The nature of concert bookings do not allow for refunds or exchanges.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We offer special seating areas and assisted listening devices. Service animals are welcome.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Weapons of any kind. Glass or metal containers. Alcoholic Beverages.
All guests required to wear footwear.
For your safety, all guests are subject to search.

CAMERAS / RECORDERS
At the request of the artists, almost all events do not allow cameras or audio or video recorders of any kind.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Sound Advice Amphitheatre boasts a great variety of quality food and beverage choices. We serve beer, wine, and many non-alcoholic beverages. For the safety of all our guests, all beer and wine purchases are limited and a valid photo ID is required for purchase. Food items are permitted to be brought into the venue.

PHONES
Payphones are located in the North Side Courtyard next to the ATM machine.

ATM'S
ATM's are located in both the North and South Plazas.

RESTROOMS
Permanent and clean restroom facilities are located in both the North Side and South Side Courtyards.

GUEST SERVICES
For the purpose of serving our guests' needs, the Sound Advice Amphitheatre has guest services booths located in the North Side Courtyard. The Guest Services Staff are available to answer questions, receive lost and found and take guest feedback. Our staff is dedicated to providing you the highest level of service.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
Designated Drivers may check in at the guest services booth located in the north plaza to receive designated driver benefits. Designated Driver benefits include wristbands for a free water, soda or O’Douls as well as one free hot dog from the Sound Advice Amphitheatre concession stand.

MEDICAL SERVICES
EMTs are on site for all events.

LOST AND FOUND
Please call 561-795-8883.
After 90 days items will be discarded and/or donated to local charities.
