We realize that you may not always be on a computer you can log in from but when you can if you are an ezSupporter please verify that you are logged in when viewing forums. This will help keep down the number of visits.
Some people have mentioned having problems staying logged in...below are a few trouble shooting tips, if these don't work..try contacting ezboard support.
Local or Global Account
Determine whether you have a Local account or a Global account. Local accounts can only be used at the community where they were registered. For more information about Local accounts, please see this help article.

Computer Date
Verify that the date on your computer's operating system is correct. Please follow these instructions:
Click on the Start button
Click on Settings
Select the Control Panel
Click on Date and Time
Change date and time accordingly.
Double-check the date, especially the year, even if you are certain it is correct. Sometimes date settings seem to change for no obvious reason.

Cookies
Try deleting your cookies. Please follow these instructions to delete your cookies.
Then log in from here: login.ezboard.com/BBSUser.fromWeb (if you are a global user) or from the ezboard where you registered your account (if you are a local user).
If you still are prompted by login screens when you are in your Control Center, go back to the homepage or from the ezboard where you registered your account (if you are a local user) and try logging in again.
ezboard Cookies and frames don't mix, so you may not be able to stay logged in when viewing a board in frames (such as, linking through a web site). If you right click your mouse button in the frame, and select "Properties", you will see the real URL of the ezboard. Highlight that URL, copy and paste it into the address box of your browser in order to view the board and stay logged into your account..
