Eeeeks, Sara is opening for the Maroon 5 tour (east coast dates)!!! She opened for them a few years ago too. I wasn't sure if I was gonna go or not, but now I am for sure!

You can buy tix to the tour now if you buy a S.I.N. fanclub membership for $35 extra. I think that's too much for me. But for Detroit I pulled up 15th row center if I do that. hmmm
For $180 you can get a soundcheck package which lets you into the soundcheck and gets you a pic with members of the band. That's awesome. I'd do that for Kelly. The Hives and Dashboard Confessional are the "bigger name" openers at different shows along the tour. |

Bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I found a presale code for Maroon 5 online and finally pulled up 11th row center floor and then went to buy them, and the presale code had expired like right before I bought them because too many other people had used it. Oh well, guess I'll be trying to get tickets other days.
I saw Sara on Saturday at her CD release party and again on Sunday in San Diego and she was amazing as always. Getting the CD just does not allow you to experience how incredibly talented she is. |

I just checked ticketmaster to see what seat I could pull up if I bought a M5 fanclub membership. I pulled up the exact same seat as I did 3 days ago. I guess that might just mean nobody has bought a single seat...but it's interesting if they aren't selling well so far because they are playing the venues Kelly cancelled.

I Love her CD, it's really awesome. I'm going to see her in NY on the 31st, hopefully this time i'll actually make it there unlike the last time I attempted to see her in the city and I was in traffic for 3 1/2 hours and missed it...good times

I just got back from seeing Sara open for Rocco Deluca and the Burden in Detroit. It was awesome, and I met her, and she was so nice. I was going to see her with Crys and Lynnie in Cleveland Sunday, but Sara said she won't be there anymore. So we aren't going. Too bad.
Tonight I took my work camera, and the pictures came out pretty great. I'll post them when I get a chance. |
